Details:

Science in the Forest is a comprehensive science inquiry
education project offered by Wolftree, a nonprofit corporation
whose mission is to serve people and their communities
through innovative science education, ecosystem restoration
and ecological research. The program enlivens science curricula
with cutting-edge classroom and field-based activities
that examine forest ecology and management. It encourages
students to be actively engaged in the science inquiry process
and to use their creative and critical thinking skills. It also
cultivates their interest and skills in science and math by demonstrating
how these disciplines apply to forest management.
The program utilizes numerous outdoor classrooms.
