In the Talk About Trees program, a facilitator visits your classroom and uses forest artifacts, displays and hands-on activities to make interactive presentations about forestry and Oregon 's forests. Teacher guides and student handouts are available online to prepare for the visit and to extend learning. Follow-up papermaking and outdoor programs are available. This is a good way to launch a unit on forests or to prepare for a field trip.
