Are your students aware of the many diverse careers in
Oregon’s forest sector? The Careers in Forestry program
will broaden students’ understanding of the importance of
Oregon’s forest sector and expose them to opportunities
available in Oregon’s forest-sector skilled workforce. An educator
visits a classroom and provides this interactive presentation.
The presentations and materials can assist students
in meeting the Oregon Department of Education’s graduation
requirements. The program is funded by OFRI and
provides students and teachers with free resource materials.
