The KOG Ranger Program is a kid-friendly, parent-/teacherinvolved interactive website. Students discover Oregon’s forests, learn about the types of human-caused wildfires that threaten the forests, and explore ways they can help prevent wildfires. After completing the program and registering with the Keep Oregon Green Association, students are rewarded with a T-shirt and Certificate of Completion. Teacher lesson plans and printed activities are also available. Classrooms and entire schools are urged to participate, and receive a plaque upon completion.
